TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement for 12 months.

Your All-Inclusive membership benefits are not transferable to any other person.




You agree to be charged on recurring monthly basis for 12 months by Aesthetics Fifty Five.
Payments are due monthly and will be collected by Direct Debit from GoCardless on or close to the 1st of each calendar month.

You agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank for the amount due.
Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction without contacting us first.(Your bank statements will have GoCardless with (Aesthetics Fifty Five as reference)

If you register for direct debit payments after the first week of the month your actual all-inclusive membership will begin on the following month. (Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of August. Your actual all-inclusive memberships begins on the 1st September when we begin to take the first payment)


All memberships require an initial deposit of £180 for Diamond, Platinum and Gold or £120 for Silver Bronze and Acne. This then allows you to start your membership immediately. All deposits are to be paid either via invoice and bank transfer, in salon card machine or Fresha.


All treatments will be schedule in accordance to when you previously had these treatments and by season. For example advance peels will never be performed in the summer months. I will discuss months as to when we will schedule these treatments to avoid downtime around holidays ect.

The membership agreement is for the duration of 12 months. Initial deposit followed by 12 monthly payments.


We may make reasonable changes to the All Inclusive Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.


Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18, However you must have a consultation with us ahead of booking a membership if you haven't visited us before to ensure suitability of treatment and advice on the best solution for your concerns.



You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address and mobile number.

If your Bank fails to make a direct debit payment from your account when due Aesthetics Fifty Five will write or email to advise you of this. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment.


If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use you Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount.


If your Direct Debit fails you are not permitted to attend your appointment until funds have been made. This could affect your treatment schedule and may result in loss of services and an additional cancelation charge.



FREE SERVICES & BENEFITS


DermaQuest starter kits will be provided ahead of the advanced peels or resurfacers. If you choose to take this before then you must purchase the products to prep your skin for the 2 weeks prior to your appointments.


Radiofrequency add on, these will be taken at the same time as SkinPen.


LED Light Therapy Facials will be taken at the same time as Skin Boosters Seventy Hyal or Profhilo


Cold Plasma Therapy will be taken at the same time as Resurfacers


Skin Analysis Reports will be done Months 1, 6 and 12 to monitor progress.


You are still able to collect Loyalty Rewards while on the membership programme for both treatments and products.



60 Minute Facial Treatment excludes NCTF Glow.


Discounts available on all other treatments including Anti Wrinkle Injections. Diamond, Platinum and Gold is 10% and Bronze, Silver and Acne 5%. Discounts are not valid on model places or already discounted treatments.


All appointments will be pre booked at the start of your membership this allows you access to your preferred appointment times and so treatments are scheduled with adequate time in between sessions to maximise results. These appointments may need to change throughout the year due to social events, work commitments, holidays ect from both myself or you. Standard reschedule T&Cs will apply. Your monthly payment acts as your deposit so as much notice you can give to change this is much appreciated. In the event of short notice reschedules while I will always do everything possible to fit you in this does depend on availability and in busy periods you may not get another appointment and may need to forfeit your treatment that month. In this case the monthly direct debit payment will still need to be paid.

72-48 hours - 50% of your treatment price will need to be paid
Less than 48 hours 100% of your treatment price will need to be paid
December appointments if rescheduled will be charged the full treatment price



All treatments need to be completed within the 12 month membership

Maximum results will be achieved by using a good homecare skin routine. Recommendations of products will be provided after the initial skin analysis and reviewed throughout your membership



Terms and Conditions of these memberships will be applied to Fresha for you to sign ahead of the membership commencing.
