Aesthetics Fifty Five Policy & Procedures

This policy outlines the procedures & expected outcome of treatments performed at Aesthetics Fifty Five.
PAYMENT:
Payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement and not for any specific result.
BOOKING FEES:
Booking fees are required to secure an appointment.
Booking Fee Prices:
£10 – £20 All Skin Treatments & CryoPen
£40 SkinPen Microneedling
£40 Botulinum Toxin
£30 – £40 Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides
15% Dermal Filler
20% Plasma Treatment
- Booking fees are redeemable against the cost of the treatment.
- Booking fees are non refundable.
- Remaining payment is required ahead of leaving the clinic
- Payment options Card, Cash Transfer once treatment has been performed
- Services once performed are non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS:
If an appointment is cancelled by the client all booking fees are non refundable in all circumstances. To reschedule an appointment at least 72 hours notice of the appointment date/time.
We allow appointments to be rescheduled once outside the 72 hour window. If the appointment is rescheduled again for a second time the booking fee will be lost & will need to be paid again to rebook.
Appointment Cancellation / Reschedule Fees Explained:
No Shows – 100% of treatment
48 Hours Notice – 100% of treatment
48 – 72 Hours Notice – 50% of treatment
Over 72 Hours – Loss of deposit
Cost of the treatment & will be charged via the card details held on file.
Repeat cancellations of appointment times are required to pay the full amount of the treatment ahead of booking future appointments.
A direct cancellation is non refundable and booking fee will be lost.
Amendments to policy in December
December appointments if cancelled or rescheduled will forfeit the deposit & will need to pay this again to rebook. If within 72 hours the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS:
In order to respect the time of both clients and practitioner(s) its important to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment which means adjustments to the treatment may be required to fit within the time available or if this isnt possible may need to be rescheduled. This appointment will still require full payment.
CONSULTATIONS:
For the clients comfort and safety, it’s important to notify the practitioner if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
It is the clients responsibility to schedule a consultation ahead of booking a treatment to discuss expectations & results.
The procedure(s) will be fully explained and any treatment performed is between the client and the practitioner performing the procedure.
It is understood there are no guarantees as to the outcome of any procedure.
It is the clients responsibility for providing correct medical details including medical conditions, allergies or medication being taken this includes supplements.
It is the clients responsibilty to inform the practitioner of any changes in their medical history or conditions such as pregnancy to ensure that the practioner has the most up to date medical history prior to engaging in treatment procedures.
It is understood that results could vary throughout the treatment term depending on the skin condition, aging of the skin, external skin damages or medical changes
All treatments are for over 18s only
COMPLAINTS:
Client satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy, please let the practitioner know during your treatment or within 5 days after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Our aim is to provide the best service possible. While we always strive to achieve this there will be times when the client is unhappy with the service provided. We aim to handle any concerns or complaints quickly in an effective, fair and honest manor.
Any post procedure questions and concerns to be directed to the treating practitioner & any complaints/concerns must be detailed within 5 days of the treatment.
If services have been completed without reasonable care & skill a complaint must be made in writing to the practitioner within 5 days of treatment.
After receiving this the client must be available within 48 hours of the complaint to be assessed in person by the practitioner. After a full assessment & photographic evidence taken by the practitioner they will endeavour to provide a resolution.
PUBLICITY MATERIALS:
It is understood that the taking of clinical photographs and videos may be taken of the client for educational and marketing purposes. The practitioner is to be held harmless for any liability resulting from this production & the client waives the rights to any royalties, fees and to inspect the finished production as well as advertising materials in conjunction with these photographs.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
If an accident has occurred on the premises this must be reported to the practitioner immediately to assist & log a record.
- Children are not allowed on the business premises
- Pets are not allowed to be within the premises
- It is prohibited to use mobile phones while the procedure is taking place
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
All personal information & medical forms are stored in occordance to UK GDPR laws.
Any handling and collecting of personal information will not be sold to third parties.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
The practitioner has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Full disclosure of treatments are discussed ahead of providing services and are explained and signed within the consultation forms. If there are any concerns or questions please refer these to the practitioner ahead of signing the consultation form.
Unauthorised use of the Aesthetics Fifty Five website or social media platforms may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All products used to perform treatments are licensed or CE marked if required by UK Law. All products are purchased via a reputable UK pharmacy or direct from the supplier or approved distributor for the brand.
